30-Day Easy Return or Exchange

We offer all valued buyers a 30-day return or exchange policy. This period takes effect from the date of delivery of your order, ensuring you have ample time to be completely satisfied. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this 30-day window.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

For a return or exchange to be processed, the item must meet the following criteria:

Procedure for Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Details: In the email, please include:
    • Clear photos of the product.
    • A brief explanation of why you wish to return or exchange the item.
  • Next Steps: Our Customer Support Team will respond to your email within 24 business hours with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on where to send your item back in the UK.

Important Terms & Fees

  • Condition: Buyer Responsibility
  • Return Shipping Cost: Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost incurred when sending the item back to us.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are free of cost for the new item. However, the buyer must still cover the shipping cost for returning the original item.
  • Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover processing and administrative costs.

Refund Processing
