Shipping Coverage & Cost
- UK Free Shipping: We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping to buyers across the entire United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). We will deliver your Stussy hoodie to your doorstep with no shipping charges.
- International Shipping policy: We currently do not ship outside of the UK.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once we process your order, here are the typical delivery timeframes:
- Standard Delivery: Orders typically take 10–15 business days to arrive.
Please Note:
- We process orders placed after 1 PM GMT on the next business day.
- Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.
Tracking Your Order
Once we dispatch your order, we will email you the tracking number.
- It is your responsibility to monitor your order using the provided tracking ID.
- If the courier company encounters any issues (such as failed delivery attempts or a held package), please contact the courier company directly using the provided tracking information.
- Important: If multiple delivery attempts fail, the courier company may return the parcel to us. In this scenario, the buyer must pay an additional charge to have the item re-shipped.

To ensure safe and timely delivery of your hoodies, we partner with trusted, UK-friendly courier services, including Skynet, Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes (Evri), and DHL UK.
Taxes and Duties (For UK Buyers)
As all our sales are within the UK:
- No Custom Duties Apply: The price you pay at checkout includes UK VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable. You will NOT be responsible for any additional customs duties, import fees, or taxes upon delivery.

- Double-Check Your Details: Ensure your name, address, and contact information (UK phone number) are accurate when placing your order.
- Signature Confirmation: For security, we may require a signature upon delivery.
- No PO Box Deliveries: We only ship to valid residential or business addresses within the UK. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
- Address Changes: Once we dispatch an order, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the courier company for assistance with in-flight delivery options.
Reasons for Potential Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, certain factors may occasionally cause delays:

- Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
- Unforeseen courier operational delays or staff shortages.
- Customs holds or inspections (highly unlikely since we only ship domestically, but possible for goods in transit to our warehouse).
